You’re invited into this work-in-progress that I believe will help all of us live more intentionally into the healthy rhythms of life each day that bring us all more life and aliveness. As this progresses and as we move along together, my hope is that you’ll become more and more aware of the daily rhythms that move your life forward.
All of this began in the winter of 2017 when I began to pay attention to a number of characteristics and qualities in my life; a certain number of roles, rhythms — seven, to be precise — in my daily life that helped me focus on bringing my best to each day. I began to move with purpose through each day more and more aware that … I am creative, I am relational, I am active, I am spirited, I am present, I am generous, and grateful. And as I did this, I realized that the more intention I gave to ordering each day and living out each week through these specific rhythms, the more life and aliveness I experienced.
I want to invite you into the way forward with me. I want to invite you to think again about who you are, what you’re doing here, where you’re going and how you’ll get there. If we’re more intentional about the way we live and move through each day, we’ll be that much more effective in life.
